three switches two lamps

I have two lights, three switches. What I want to do is separate the lights so ONE switch is controlling ONE light, and two switches control the other light. Two switches are in the same room as one light, third switch is in hallway with second light.

Where do i start?

Thanks

Is there wiring in place you are trying to adapt or is this a brand new installation.

This is existing wiring. The switch in one room is a four way, the switch in the hall with the light i need to control with said switch - is a three way switch. The third switch im not sure of - havent taken it out yet.
