multiple device mud rings what to call?

What is the proper way to specify a special mud ring?

For example, I know a 4x4 box if you want a mud ring for one switch it is a "double gang 1 device" mud ring right? and if you want two switches then it's a "double gang 2 device" mud ring correct?

So I have several large metal boxes. For example the one below, there are seven holes for pipes to go in from top/bottom. I only used five holes. I have a mud ring that supports five switches. What is the proper way to specify this mud ring?

I also have another box like this, but I need a mud ring with six switches. Another two boxes both with five holes across the top, and I need a mud ring with three switches and one with four.

Just need to make sure I have the right terminology when I go into the supply house to ask for something and not sounding like an idiot. Home centers don't have those.

Is there a good online source to order these?

I think this pdf will help: http://www.tnb.com/contractor/docs/sc_indoorboxes.pdf Look in the section of "Gang Boxes and Accessories"

I just searched "5 gang mud ring" on google and came with some online sources no problem. "X Gang" is how may devices will be in the box.

OK thanks. So if I have 4 switches, it is 4 gang, regardless of how wide the junction box is?

So in my case, I have a wide box (with 7 holes across the top), like this:

and I need five switches. So it's a "5 gang" cover?

and I also have this box, not as wide, with six holes across the top:

and I need five switches, this is also a "5 gang" cover?

and this box has 5 holes across the top, it will need 4 switches:

So this is a "4 gang" cover?

I can't seem to find a match online.
