Wiring for Zen Wall System in Basement

I am getting my basement waterproofed, and they are using a multi-purpose panel over the cement walls. These walls are 1/4" thick and have a plastic covering with a foil-type vapor barrier and insulation behind the plastic. Those walls take the place of framing, insulation and drywall.

We need outlets along those walls, but we can't put the wiring behind the Zen Wall systems as those walls get permanently attached to the concrete basement walls.

How do we wire up those basement walls with outlets that we can use?

I think wiremold surface raceway is probably the best option for your situation. It is available in a few colors, metal or plastic.
