Electric motor amps

I have an electric fan in a roof ventilator. The motor has gone bad. The manufacturer is no longer in business. I have found a replacement motor from another manufacturer that is the correct size. everything appears the exact same except the amps.
The original motor was 3.4 amps, the replacement I have found is 3.1 amps. Is this a problem?? Thanks

It draws less amps so it is no problem what so ever.

Most case useally not a issue as long you have the same frame size, mounting etc etc are the same you are fine with it. { just make sure you have CW or CCW rotation motour some are wired in that way }
