Plugging blanks in breaker panel

My home was originally wired for electric heat. Upon discontinuing that application, a number of breakers were removed and others have since been relocated. The face of my breaker panel now has a number of open slots where breakers were once located. Are there plugs available to cover these slots, or should they just be ignored, or do I need a new panel face?

Blanks

There are blanks available to cover the slots. The blanks are brand specific. Get this done. You have a safety hazard.

You can also leave breakers in the slots to fill the openings.
