50 amp gfci breaker

I have a 50 amp gfci breaker that feeds a hot tub...I can not get it to reset...power coming in and nothing going out...is there a way to check the breaker with a meter to see if it is ok?....thanks

If you have determined there is power on the line side using a meter or test light (but not a non contact tester) then disconnect the load side and see if it resets.
