Sub panel connection ideas?

shop pics pictures by coxey2 - Photobucket
Hey guys what's the best way to connect the neutral and ground wires to my 200 amp service. I have some larger neutral acessory lugs for the larger #2 wires, but can't see an easy way to get them to route up to the bus bars?? Can I connect the ground to either side. Be kind, this is my first electrical rodeo... thanks in advance. Oh does the sub panel look ok?

It's not really easy, you just have to get a bend in the wire as best you can to square up the lug to the bar. It'll be helpful to pull several breakers out so you have room to work, obviously main should be OFF during this process.

Can I connect the ground to either side.
Yes. If the ground is #4 or smaller it should go directly to the bar without a lug kit, but you will have to back the screw all the way out.

Looks okay to me.

Just a side note, the grounding conductors in the panel can be doubled up as long as they are the same size.
