Unhappy Need advice, my home have a 150 Amp breaker panel. I'm getting a 20 Kw Generac

Im buying a 20kw Generac it comes with a 200amp ATS,
A electrician told me that I have a 150 amp Low Main Panel, that I needed to upgrade or down grade to a ATS of 150amp with Breaker. Do I really need to spent that extra money and replace the 200 ATS that comes with generator?

I'm confused, I thought that the ATS that comes with the generator was sufficient.

Please help
Thank you

Need more information. Most transfer switches don't have breakers in them at all. Unless.....Is this perhaps a service entrance rated transfer switch? Were you planning on backing up the entire service right after the meter? If so, your electrician friend would be right.
