Dead circuit

I have 4 outlets on a circut ( the fridge, a gfci, and two slaves ) my breaker is good and my gfci is good. with a votage tester I get nothing from the gfci and the two slaves and only 15v from the fridge outlet. Any ideas? Thanks!! (This all started when turning on a microwave it popped the breaker I pluged the microwave into another plug and it also popped the breaker. I reset the first breaker and gfci, but the second gfci will not reset. I have tested both the gfci and breaker to make sure that they are good.)

GFI's will not reset without power. Did you reset the second breaker? Have you tried another appliance in the same receptacles?
