upgrading meter can and main disconnect

after closely looking at my electrical system, i discovered that i have a 135 amp meter can, going to a 100 amp main disconnect going to a 200 amp breaker panel. ive looked at the wiring, and its 3awg copper all the way in to the panel. The question i have is can i upgrade the meter can and main disconnect to a 200 amp model with the current wiring. I plan on adding a 50 amp circuit for a welder, and considering a possible 60 amp circuit for a tankless water heater.

All the wiring will need to be upgraded in order to handle the 200 amp. There may be other parts that need to be upgraded also.

For a residential 200 amp service you can use 4/0 aluminum or 2/0 copper.
