Disconnecting furnace fan

Im doing a reno for a secondary suite in BC, Canada and it requires the furnace fan to be shut off when the smoke alarms are triggered. I've thought to use the kidde sm120x relay with the NC contact but I have to keep the fan on its own circuit. I've thought to put a 120v contactor after the relay to in turn disconnect the circuit but I'm having trouble finding one for not a crazy price. Any ideas on how to make this work, product names or other options? Thanks

Try looking at definite purpose contactors, Grainger has a good selection with coils for almost any control voltage you may have.
