Leviton Smartlockpro - Green LED On But No Power

4 days ago, my old GFCI outlet in the kitchen stopped working so I picked up this Leviton Smartlockpro GFCI receptacle.

Installed it, but now the green led is on, but no power is coming out.

I've hooked up the 4 wires + green ground.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums.

Are you sure you got the wires hooked up the way the were on the old one? What happened that made you think the old one needed to be replaced?

Which terminal did you connect each wire to? The incoming power must be connected to the LINE terminals on a GFCI receptacle. The wires feeding other protected devices need to be connected to the LOAD terminals.

Do the instructions say the green light indicates on or tripped?

Pcboss...I have the same one and green means hooked correctly and not tripped. At least as far as I can tell.

It either goes out or turns red for a problem.

The black and whites need to be paired on the correct terminals. You cannot have the line white with the load black etc.
