MWBC - split receptacle

Hi-
I'm installing a split receptacle for a dishwasher and disposal and just wanted to check that my wiring is correct.

I'm running 12/3 from a 20-amp double-pole breaker in the panel. Breaking the tab on the hot side of the receptacle. 1 hot lead to 1 terminal (D/W), other hot lead to switch and then to other terminal (disposal). Leave tab in place for neutral, connect to single terminal. Grounds all pigtailed together.

Is this correct?

Thanks.

Grounds all pigtailed together.
Including a pigtail to the receptacle and to the box, if it's metal?
