Inspection Report says breaker is tripped

Hello,
We are selling our home and an inspection says: "GFCI: Whirlpool The breaker was tripped Does this require an experienced electrician?

Did you know the breaker was tripped? Any idea why it was tripped?

Not yet.

GFCI: Whirlpool The breaker was tripped
Do you know what breaker this is referring to? Is it a GFCI receptacle or a GFCI panel breaker?

Number one question not asked: Did you try to reset it? Did it trip again?

Did the GFI trip while the HI was inspecting the tub or was it tripped prior to this?
