thermostat and heaters on 1 breaker

i wanna install heaters and thermostats in each room in my house.I know the max load is around 3000wats per 20 amp double breaker...i have the 14/2 red wire ran from the control panel to 3 locations in the house and also ran from the heaters..In room 1 i have 3 red wires running to a junction box where the thermostat will be located, wire A is from the control panel, wire B is from the heater and wire C connects thermostat from room 1 to room 2..My question is how do i connect the wires in the junction box in room 1...

You can't use #14 on a 20 amp breaker or are these low voltage thermostats and you mean the thermostat wire is #14?.
