thermostat and heaters on 1 breaker

i wanna install heaters and thermostats in each room in my house.I know the max load is around 3000wats per 20 amp double breaker...i have the 14/2 red wire ran from the control panel to 3 locations in the house and also ran from the heaters..In room 1 i have 3 red wires running to a junction box where the thermostat will be located,wire A is from the control panel,wire B is from the heater and wire C connects thermostat from room 1 to room 2..My question is how do i connect the wires in the junction box in room 1...

You can't use #14 on a 20 amp breaker or are these low voltage thermostats and you mean the thermostat wire is #14?.

I've been getting annoyed at my high electrical bills and was told by a coworker to look into my circuit breaker panel, load balancing. From everything I've read online the most efficient way to use electricity is to use both phases without the neutral. Most of my load uses one phase with neutral so it occurred to me that it would be much cheaper to use a transformer that steps the 220 volts from the primary phase to phase; to 110 volts phase to phase on the secondary. Basically my house would be without any neutral at the receptical to achieve perfect balance. I attached a diagram of what i'm talking about. No power from outdoor GFCI and it doesn't reset

I have purchased a house within the last 6 months and am trying to get Christmas lights to work from our deck but the lights don't work when plugged into that outlet(they work on the kitchen outlet inside). It doesn't seem like the test button depresses. The reset button depresses but the test button doesn't pop out when the reset button is pressed. I tried to take off the GFCI outlet after I turned off the breaker to the deck in the basement breaker box but when taking the GFCI outlet off, the line wire touched what I think is the ground wire and sparked. This tripped the circuit breaker for the kitchen. I carefully put the line wire back into the GFCI and mounted it back into the socket.
