Home w/Timer Eave Lights But No Power To Eave Receptacles

My house has a timer that operates the outside eave lights and it has receptacles under the eaves as well. I want to put up Christmas lights but the receptacles are dead. I know they worked because I used them a year or two ago but for the life of me, I can't figure out how I had power to the lights. I have flipped every switch I could find in the garage and still no power. I've turned off the timer and no power to the receptacles.

It has a timer that the time is set for on/off and a lever beneath the timer that one can switch on and off (manual/automatic). Then there is a typical light switch beneath the timer that I know has something to do with the eave receptacles.

Does anyone have any idea how I can apply power to my eave plug-ins?

I may have figured it out, I put a light plug into the eaves and moved the timer up and if the light comes on in about an hour then the timer itself will apply power to the eave circuits. I'll let you know...
