Looking for tips/resources for running coax/cat5e

I moved into a first home. The coax runs are mainly outside the home. They are hidden, but I know they are there, so one of my first projects is to re-run the cable in the crawl space/basement.

...and while re-running the coax, my idea is to run cat5e or cat6 at the same time.

The middle third of the lower level is basement, with crawl space on either end.

For running the cables around the beams in the ceiling of the basement & crawl space, is there a good resource for what types of fasteners/hooks to use, other tips, etc.?

Thanks!

I usually use these ty-wraps when fastening to wood.

Staples can also be used as long as the cables are not crimped.
