Outdoor sensor light constantly staying on and not responding to indoor switch

I have a basic outdoor sensor light that only stays on and never goes off, even turning the light switch in the house that operates the on / off does nothing. Have followed the advice of others by turning the circuit breaker off for some time and that does reset the light and for a while lets me turn it on and off at the light switch. Then after sometime (about 10 mins or so) it just goes to constantly on again and does not make any difference if I turn the light switch on / off. Have tried also messing with the sensors but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any suggestions as for now I'm taken the bulb out of it.

thanks
Tris

The switch should up stream of any control on the light regardless of the light control. Please tell us all the wiring at the switch and the light.
