Height requirement for a service disconnect switch?

Is there a height requirement for a service disconnect switch (circuit breaker)? If not, what is common?

There is...I'm pretty sure I've seen it mentioned at max 6ft? Wait for a Pro though.

Top handle should be max 6'7".

Makes me wonder though....who came up with 79"? Why not 78" or 80"?
