Placement of bond screw

Hi,if the ground is terminated in the meter socket do I install the the bond screw through neutral bar in the panel ,first disconnect is in the panel.

Some power companies require this and some don't; it is required to be that way in my area too. In answer to your question, yes, install the bonding screw to bond the grounded neutral to the panel box. Your water service ground also attaches to the neutral bus in the panel.

Bond screw

The water service will be the ground connection along with the supplemental ground from a ground rod.

It could be different in many jurisdictions, but here the ground rod is connected to the neutral inside the meter socket and water service ground is connected to the neutral bus in the main panel. Check with your AHJ and power company for their requirements.
