It would have to be a very small actuator to be able to power it with an "AAA" battery. What does the actuator normally move in the car?

First, what actuator do you wish to power and for how long? Almost anything can be powered with AAA batteries. It's just a matter of how many of them you want to buy. Also, what's the reason for getting specific about AAA batteries?

Not enough information to answer your question. What actuator on Ebay? What LED?

Saying "those actuators sold on Ebay" doesn't narrow it down. Are you talking about a door lock solenoid?

Why do you want or need to lock a cabinet with a powered actuator? Have you considered a mechanical lock or hidden magnetic lock?
