Outdoor outlet inoperative

Accidentally cut the extension cord to a hedge trimmer. Used new cord and the outlet has no power.
1. Checked every GFCI outlet in the house and garage and recycled each
2. No breakers tripped (6 receptacles breakers), but recycled anyway.
Still no power to that outlet only. Access to the wiring for the outlet is easy and could easily be replaced. Is that the solution at this point? If not, what else should I be looking for?
Thank you for any info in advance.

Is this the only outlet that's dead? Any other outside outlets affected? Any hidden behind bushes?

Please list where you found your GFCIs. Over 90% of dead outside or bath outlets are caused by a hidden GFCI....at least from my experience here. Basement? Laundry room? Utility/mechanical room of some sort?

If you have more than one outside outlet, Check them all for a tripped GFCI.
