Slight twist in 2/12 NM-B

Hi. While looking around at the other wiring in my house after finding a cable in my return air duct. I found this section of 2/12 NM-B. It is all stapled very flat and looks to run pretty well except when they made a turn through a hole to cross between two joists a section has a slight twist to it across the two foot joist space. Is this a problem or nothing to worry about. Here is a picture of the twisted section. This is the only section that has the twist.

It's nothing to worry about. Just make sure that you know where your fire extinguishers are. Just Kidding.

Not the best workmanship, but it's not a hazard.
