Welcome to the forums from Jamaica.

It doesn't look like a model that most of us in the States are used to seeing or working on. A make and model ...... or at least a make ..... would be a start.

Your power is similar to ours except yours is 120v at 50cycles.

Most generators are protected by a circuit breaker or GFI. Have you checked that first ?

If the motor is running and you are not getting output from the generator it's field coil may have lost it's magnetism and need flashing but first I would look for any type of circuit breaker or overload protection that may have tripped. There are many sites on the web that have detailed instructions how to flash a generator.
