Wiring Terminals

Don’t know very much about electrical but for my new CNC control panel I was thinking to use DIN rail / terminals which I cant find locally but I found the attached strips (don’t know how you call them) which I think they will do the same job

These strips are marked 450V and one is for 12mm square wiring and the other is for 8

Besides that the DIN terminals may be more convenient, do the strips on the attached picture perform the same function? Means you can join 2 or more wires together?

Welcome to the forums.

I think those are called barrier terminal strips.

Excellent choice for connecting wiring in machinery. They make perfect splice blocks for temporary or permanent wiring connections. I also use them in large size alarm installations.
