wiring a variable speed DC motor control

Hi new kid here,
I'm trying to use a tread mill motor and MCB to drive a project I'm working on and I don't have the tread mill console, any help would be awesome.

Unfortunately my MCB is a rather closely protected item by Nautilus,
they prefer not to share the wiring diagram so I'm on my own.
Thanks wirenut1110 I'll just keep looking.

You could always just get a DC drive if you know the motor info.
