Generator RV TT-30 outlet to house L14-30 inlet?

I have a generator with a 30 amp RV TT-30 outlet (female). My house inlet (connected to a manual transfer switch) is L14-30 (male).

I can't find an adapter that will allow this connection. What's the best way to proceed?

Thanks,

Roger

The tt 30 is 120v. Your l14 30 is 240 v... I am not sure it will work even if you find an adapter...

If it does it will only run one side of your panel.

Do you have a transfer switch?

How many watts is the gen?

You may have to make your own, but wait for the electricians to reply....

That's it! I spent hours on Amazon and elsewhere yesterday and didn't find that. I obviously didn't have quite the right search terms.

My generator is 120V/3500 Watts. I only expect to be able to run a few essentials.

I belive it will only run one side of the panel though. What side is a guess as it depends how they wired it...

I dont think they tie the hots togther or jump it... But they might...

when you get it let us know how it works...
