That question is a wide open unanswerable question. That is unless you give us more info.
How is the wire run? Big question.
If the wires run down from the attic and the wires can be pulled back into the attic without damage and the wires are long enough to reach the new wall and into the new box then just pull them out and reroute them and reconnect as they were connected before.
If the wires can not be pulled into the attic without cutting those wires then you will have to mark how they are originally wired. cut them off and put them in junction boxes that are accessible and junction new wire to the old wire and extend to new box and reconnect as they were recorde originally.
