USB plug and 3 pin plug help needed to connect the wires

So im working on a project, to make an iphone 5 charger without the usb plug.
I dismantled the usb plug and found out that there's 4 different wires namely, d+, d-, v and GND
I also dismantled the 3pin plug for iphone charger and found out there's 2 wires namely the live and neutral wire

So i have a question how do i connect the wires to make the charger work without using the usb port?

Thanks in advance!

What "3 pin plug"? Lightning is an 8 pin connector.

you know the 3 pin apple plug? the one which connects the lightning cable.
what i meant was is there anyway i can remove the usb port and directly connect the live and neutral wire to my lightning cable to make it work without needing to plug it in

No I don't know what a 3 pin apple plug is. I have never seen a 3 pin plug on an apple product. Lightning is 8 pins, and it has a USB on the other side which is 4 pins.

I just noticed you are outside the US.. Do you mean a 3 pin mains plug??

If that's what you mean, then no. You can not remove the piece that turns the 240v from the wall outlet into the 5v that your iphone needs.

No. You can not connect your iphone directly to 240v. If you could, they would just do it that way to begin with. The little box between the mains plug and the USB port is not a decoration.

Anything you do will have to step the voltage down from 240v to 5v, and convert it from AC to DC.

Don't take offense to this, but considering that I had to explain this simple concept to you, I don't feel you have the prerequisite knowledge to do what you want to do without creating an extremely dangerous situation. Therefore I will not offer any guidance on how to do it.
