Connect 8 terminal motor to 3 wire input

I recently acquired an Emerson Electric motor with the following data on the nameplate:
HP Volt 115
S63FYEFG-4926 AMPS 9.0 cyc 60
Thermally Protected
68093
K6899

I would like to re-purpose this motor to drive a shop fan but do not know which terminal wires to connect to the Hot and Neutral wires. Can someone tell me which wires to connect to the hot, neutral, and ground wires to run this as a single speed motor? The motor has eight contacts that are numbered 1 - 8 in the following sequence with a pigtail of colored wire attached.

Number Wire Color
7 Black
6 Orange
8 Black
4 Blue
3 White
1 Gray
2 Red
5 Orange

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have any thing else ? Is there a junction cover plate with a diagram on it ?

I have diagrams for 8 wire motors but they don't match your colors.
Can you post a picture of the wiring ?

8 wire motor terminals

The cover plate is missing and I don't have a diagram. I attached a picture of the terminals with the pigtails on them.
Thank you for any suggestions you can give.

Wires & Numbers

Some of the numbers are not real clear but I believe this is what is on the wires:

Number on Terminal Wire Color Number on Wire
1 Black L18
6 Orange w/dots M6
8 Black L1
4 Blue M4
3 White M3
7 Gray M7
2 Red M2
5 Orange M5

Thank you,
