3 way switch troubleshoot

3 way switch troubleshoot
I replaced the light switches but the 3 way switches aren't behaving correctly. Can someone help me troubleshoot?
Light A: If the left switch is on, the other switch can turn the light on and off, but if the left switch is off, the other switch doesn't do anything
Light B: If the right switch is on, the other switch can turn the light on and off, but if the right switch is off, the other switch doesn't do anything
Can you guys help me troubleshoot this by just looking at the wires in the pictures? I hope it's something very obvious.
Thanks!

Did you reconnect the common on the old switch to the common on the new switch. You must go by screw color not position on switch because position on new switch may be different. The dark gray screw is the common.
If you went by location instead of screw color and you saved the old switch you may be able to figure out which wire was connected to the common by comparing the position of old and new screws
