Issues installing 3 way switch, with 10 wires

So question about wiring a switch a 3 way switch. I have power coming directly from the panel, 14/2 wire, to the switch. Black/white/ground. Beside it is 14/3 wire for my switch leg, which connects to another switch at the top of the stairs. Black/Red/White/Ground. and then I have a traveller wire, that goes to my pot light, 14/2 Black/White Ground.

Question is for the switch, how do I splice everything together, so that it works, currently have this setup and my breaker keeps popping.

Whites all spliced tucked in back
Grounds all grounded on back of box cut short
Black of POWER is on black screw of 3 way switch
Black Traveler (potlight) /Black Switch leg (switch at top of stairs) are spliced together with a black wire connected on splice, running to the 3 way switch
Red Wire from 14/3 is spliced on other screw

Thanks, for your help

Dustin

Travelers never go to a fixture. Power comes in at one common and the fixture is connected to the other common. Travelers only run from one switch to the other switch.
