Lowers are normally 36" to the top of the counter. Distance between the counter and bottom of the uppers face frame is about 20". I like to poke out at 60" given that the actual bottom of the upper cabinet will be 3/4" - 2" higher than the face frame of the cabinet. Then when the uppers are installed you just slot the sheetrock down so the cable just clears the bottom of the cabinet.
