Welcome to the forums.
Highest speed for sure but probably all three. The make and model of your fan, and a picture of the name plate, might help us give you more accurate information. See How To Include Pictures.

Thanks a lot Nashkat1
Is it a rule ? I mean any writes about watt is always the max ? even if it was a fan, air condition, P.C .... ?
my air condition is 1250 watt, so it can't consumes more than 1250 watt at any way (Except while starting up) ?

In my city there are crisis in power, so I am going to buy power inverter and car battery.
Where do you live? I'm not aware of any cities in Alabama that experience frequent power outages.

It's Cairo, Alabama, Egypt. Just across Lake Eufala....by 6000 miles.
I'm not familiar with that power. I doubt that many of us here are.
mahamad, go with the first answer: figure your fan will always use 90W.

Instead of a 120 volt AC fan why not use a 12 volt DC fan? They are very common for both car marine , and off the grid use.
Examples: Amazon.com - 12 Volt Car Fan -
12 Volt DC Battery Fans | Custom 12 Volt DC Battery Fans
36" 12V Ceiling Fan - Satin Nickel/White - Trusty 70058NW - Fans - Camping World
16" Oscillating Pedestal Fan - Howard Berger CZST161BTEBK - Fans - Camping World

Yes I live in Cairo, Egypt
I will charge the batteries with a charger. 55 ampere battery runs 200 watts for 3 hours approximately
the power outages around 1 hour and in summer it would be more, that's effect my work.
By the way, the electric here is 220 Volt, not 120

Thanks a lot for your help.
But I am going to connect P.C as well or a Laptop to the car battery when power outages, and I think there are no power supply or laptop charger work with 12 Volt, I will need the inverter at any way I think

A car battery will not last long they are not designed for deep cycling you need a traction battery like used for golf trolleys or mobility scooters or a half way battery called a leisure battery.
Inverters also come in two types true sine wave and simulated sine wave with most lap tops the simulated sine wave is good enough, but some motors may not like simulated sine.
There are inverter chargers made which make your set up into a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) but to recharge in a short time the charger needs to be a step or pulse charger in the main step chargers are used where the battery is not being used while being charged and pulse chargers where the battery is being used at same time as charging like with solar panels or wind charger.
90W will refer to power at full speed once running it may well exceed this figure on start up. Depends on motor type.
