Question on Digital Multitester Reads

Installing a ceiling fan/light and replacing light wall switch. Digital multitester readings on wires at switch box:

Hot/Ground - 120ac, as expected
Ground/Neutral ~10ac, ????

Is there an ok explanation for the Ground/Neutral read, or what should I do?

Thanks for help.

This is phantom voltage and would go away under load.

A cheap analog or expensive brand name digital multimeter would probably show closer to zero.
