Multiple Circuits In Same Box

I have a junction box that contains conductors from 3 different circuits. A 120 20A, a 120 15A and and 240 30A.

Is that acceptable?

Inductive heating because of the 240 is a concern?

No problem that I can see. Keep in mind though, the neutrals from each circuit are kept separate, but all grounds need to be connected together and pigtailed to the metal box with a pigtail sized to the highest amperage circuit, in your case a #10 grounding pigtail.
