one set of 3-way switches to control fan motor and one set to control lights

I have power coming into sw box 1. I have a light and fan/light between sw box 1 & 2. I have two 3-way switches in each switch box (4 total). I have two 12-3 cables between sw box 1 & 2. I have enough 12-3 cable to reach from either sw box 1 to the light , or from sw box 2 to fan/light. I also have one 12-3 cable without ground that is (grandfathered?) between light and fan/light. I want to operate both lights with one set of 3-way switches, and the fan motor only with the other set of 3-way switches. What are my options? I need diagrams.

One way to do it:
  • Each 3-way switch pair will need to be connected by 3-conductor cable.
  • Switch box A will have two 3-conductor cables and one two conductor cable bringing power in.
  • Switch box B will have three 3-condctor cables. Two from switch A and one to the fan.
  • The the fan will be connected to the second light with a 2-conductor cable.
If you need a diagram of this it give me a day.

Here is another way though it does not meet 2011 code.
