Wiring storage bldg

I'm wiring my 12x16 storage bldg with 12/2 wire, I want to know if I can run all three outlets and two light fixtures thru the 20 amp GFCI. I'll have a wall A/C unit in this bldg.

Whether a 20 amp circuit will support the equipment depends on the loads of the equipment. Three space heaters, no, twelve pencil sharpeners, yes.

The AC may need its own circuit.

Since you can only have one feed to a structure, I would use 12-3/G UF-b to run two 20A circuits in that feed -- assuming you want to use cable.

Just remember to set the two new breakers for these circuits vertically adjacent in your panel and tie their handles together, or feed them from one 2-pole 20A breaker.
