Installing LED Recessed Light PANEL

Noticed these new, thin, light panels that install in ceiling -- Lemonbest 18 Watt LED Panel Light, Round Recessed Down Light, Cool White (1480 Luminous Flux) - Led Household Light Bulbs - Amazon.com

All my other LEDs have been in cans but these appears to not require a can or I have no clue --

9W 12W 15W 18W 21W Bright CREE LED Recessed Ceiling Panel Down Light Bulb Lamp | eBay

Any idea if I can install in an insulation filled ceiling ?

It's an interesting packaging, I don't quite understand how it's mounted to the drywall and where the LED driver/transformer goes. I assume the driver has to go into an electrical box, and the remainder of the wire is low voltage, so it doesn't really matter how its' run.

I was unable to find any installation manuals for it. And for what it's worth, it doesn't appear to be UL approved. It is CE approved, which isn't a safety rating, only that it's been proven to be standards compliant. Of course, this doesn't make it unsafe... but may raise a red flag.
