Outlet to Middle of Yard

I need to wire an outlet (for swimming pool) about 75' from breaker in house. I have 2 questions at this point.

1. Do I need to use outdoor wire if put in sealed conduit?

2. I know what supplies I need to be sealed at outlet in the yard, but how do I seal up where the wire enters the wall of my house? Right now it is a caulked up hole with wire coming out. So I will have conduit coming up out of the ground and from there I'm lost.

Thanks.

Yes, conduit outside is considered a wet location. No mater how well sealed it will eventually fill with water. Use THWN in conduit or use UF-b direct burial cable with no conduit except short sleeves to protect it except where it enters and leaves the ground. No need to do anything special to seal the conduit but do use cement at each joint. If you use wires not cable the conduit must be contentious from the breaker panel to the receptacle box, no gaps. Wire can not be run outside of conduit.

So to summarize, I can use the wire in the link below and go directly from the breaker panel (20 amp GFC breaker) out the wall, in the ground (with sleeves at entry and exit), to my weatherproof outlet box (using GFCI) mounted to a 4x4 post?

What do you mean by a sleeve? Is this the black ribbed plastic with a continuous slice in it?

Shop 250-ft 12-2 Underground Feeder Wire (By-the-Roll) at Lowes.com

No, a sleeve is a short length of conduit for protection of the cable where the cable emerges from the ground.
