bathroom fan unit installation

I am installing a new bathroom fan unit on a 3 rocker switch. It has a light, fan and heat. There is another light in the bathroom above the sink. I would like to connect it in parallel with the fan unit on a separate switch all off the same 120v source wire. Can this be done? and if so a quick explanation of the wiring would be helpful. Thanks

I don't know what I was thinking. I am going to put the 3 rocker switch in series with the other light first and when the mirror light is turned on the rocker switch will be able to be used.

The fan unit with heat is going to call for a new circuit due to the heat load.
