Welcome to the forums.
Many difficult questions. The gennys must be speed synched as well as phase synched.
Since your first genny is a Cummins... I would make sure the second one is from the same company. If you use gennys from different manufacturers you run the risk of high circulating currents in the windings. The capacity of the second genny is the difference between your 313KVA and the total wattage you need. You'll need to check with Cummins to make sure their gennys are set up for parallel operation and the governors have droop mode which is a method of allowing two generators to operate in parallel and share load.
I would check directly with the tech services at Cummins for exact requirements.
