installation of new ceiling fan
I have a new fan I am installing. The wires coming out of the ceiling fan motor are green ground, black supply, white neutral, blue light. Coming out of box in ceiling 2 white wires, 2 black wires. There is a switch. How do I wire this together? Let me know if any other questions that would help figure this out

There are a black and white wire at the switch and not hot. Out of the ceiling there are 2 blk and only one of them are hot and other not, also 2 white . does this help ? Is there more information or questions ?

- The white of the non hot cable (switch loop cable) goes to the black of the hot cable.
- The black of the non hot cable (switch loop cable) goes to he blue and black of the fan.
- The white of the hot cable goes to the white of the fan.
