Fluorescent Fixtures Inspection Question
Hello All, first post but I've lurked around here for a bit. I have what is hopefully a quick question before I call for my electrical work inspection.
I've added a subpanel in my garage, along with more outlets and fluorescent light fixtures.
My question is: Should I connect the wiring together within the fixtures before the inspection or just leave all the wires hanging in the fixtures so that nothing is connected? I've looked through some of my electrical books but haven't really found an answer.
I live in Washington State if that helps. I appreciate the help in advance! This is the last thing I need to confirm before calling the inspector.

I've already connected them all, so that's good. Just going through my final checklist before the inspection and wanted to just confirm that it's ok/suggested. Thanks.
