Charger for dust buster

Can anyone suggest a website where I could find a new charger with the following specifications? input: 120V-60Hz 4.5W and output: 15V - 130ma.
The original charger is a Black & Decker Model No: UA-1501C. Can I just use any general transformer that provides up to 15V DC? The dust buster is a 9.6V model.

Yes.... but the polarity of the plug is important and must match.

I have an old Radio Shack Charger that is a class 2 power unit like the old Black & Decker, but it's output is 9V ac and 400 ma. Will is be OK to use it to replace the old one?

That will not be high enough voltage to run the charging circuit. You should try to find one that puts out at least 12VDC/250mA
