Junction box, would it pass

I ran out of metal boxes at home and rather than run out to the store again, I used a plastic wall box. It is in between the floor beams in the basement.
Will this slide by when the city inspector comes at the end of all my work?
Or should I swap it out for a metal junction box before that time?

Thanks,

It would pass in the US except for the cables not being secured. The metal cover would also need to be bonded to ground.

Thank you pcboss,

I did not tack the wire down until I knew if the box would stay or have to go.
I will switch the cover for plastic, nail down the wire and move on. God knows there is still a lot to be done here.

Thanks!

I have seen that metal boxes are commonly used in Canada, but do not know if it is a requirement.
