Unhappy Tandem Breaker with Square D qoc-20m series e7

Anyway to use a tandem breaker with a Square D qoc-20m series e7 that is max'ed out?

No holes in the mounting bars so I cannot use the breakers with the hook on one side

if not does anyone have a workaround

Can you reposition another breaker? Not sure what holes you are referring to the breaker usually just snaps around a bar.

How old is this panel? SQD has two styles of tandem ,one style has the handles side by side which needs a hole to install ,the other clips over the rail, check Ebay SQD OT2020 and you will see the difference.

Looks like the SQD OT2020 *will* fit my box.
I cannot find a new SQD OT2020 breaker yet!
THANK YOU

A sub panel would work, but I didn't want that expense just for one outlet for an AC and one ceiling fan on a dedicated breaker

It sounds as if you are wanting to install a non-CTL breaker in a CTL panel which would be a code violation unless your panel is a pre 1968 vintage.
