One last question, are there any specific outlets I should get for the oven, microwave, and fridge. Right now I just have a regular single outlet. Should I get gfi? or will these suffice?

Very last question. Why are some outlets upside down? Is it better to do it that? Do they hold the plug better?

Read Ray's post #38 again.

I would use duplex 15 amp receptacles. If they are along the countertop they'll need to be GFCI protected. If you have an application for a simplex or single receptacle on a dedicated circuit, the amperage must match the amperage of the breaker.
