Grounding lug - which kind to use

I need to bond the hot tub to steel post; planning to use bare 8 awg copper, drill a hole in the post and attach bonding lug with a screw and terminate bonding wire in the lug. The installation is outside and the bonding is for the hot tub.

Could you please advise which bonding lug to use. Should it be copper or aluminum? Do I need a DB lug?

I used a copper lay-in lug before.

If the post is round, I would just a pipe ground clamp of the proper size. Easier to install then Justin's.
