mini split whip
Hello again, just about have the mini installed, units in place, line set and power to disconnect done. My question has to do with the whip, approx 8ft from disconnect to unit. Is it common practice to run stranded wire or solid? We have some thhn and liquid tight left over, thought we could use that, thanks appreciate this forum

It doesn't matter if the wire is stranded or solid. It is a personal preference and performs the same. If you have some left over, and it is the proper size (or larger), it will work fine.
